The SlugOS binary firmware distribution is an aggregation of binary
objects which are compiled from other licensed software. As such,
that software is covered by a number of open-source license agreements
(pointers to these are listed below), the OpenSSL License (the text of
which is included in this file) and the Intel Software License
Agreement (the text of which is included in this file).

The SlugOS binary firmware distribution may be used only in
conjunction with consent and provision of all these licenses. If you
do not agree to the terms of all these licenses, you cannot install or
use the SlugOS binary firmware distribution and you must delete and/or
destroy all copies in your possession or control.

The SlugOS binary firmware distribution contains unmodified Intel NPE
microcode files in /lib/firmware/NPE-B and /lib/firmware/NPE-C, which
are licensed according to the following Intel Software License
Agreement:

The SlugOS binary firmware distribution contains the OpenSSL toolkit
as part of the normal operating system distribution (see the FAQ entry
at http://www.openssl.org/support/faq.html#LEGAL2 for why it is an
important matter that it is included as part of the normal operating
system distribution). The OpenSSL toolkit is licensed according to
the following OpenSSL License:

-- Start of OpenSSL License --

The OpenSSL toolkit stays under a dual license, i.e. both the conditions of
the OpenSSL License and the original SSLeay license apply to the toolkit.
See below for the actual license texts. Actually both licenses are BSD-style
Open Source licenses. In case of any license issues related to OpenSSL
  please contact openssl-core@openssl.org.
